Retrieving the Associated Email or OTP for a Business Verification Session

It is possible that the end user entered a different email on the "Resume Existing Session" screen to save progress on a business verification onboarding flow than the one originally associated with the KYB session. OTPs are sent to the email entered on the resume screen — if it doesn't match the session email, no OTP arrives at the expected inbox.
How to resolve:
Go to the business profile on your AiPrise dashboard.
Open the session from the Business Verifications section (opens in a new tab).
In the session view, go to the Developers section → OTP Logs — the associated email is visible here.
Share this email with your client so they can enter the correct one on the resume screen. If you want to share OTP with them you can share the OTP with the customer directly as well
Once client clicks Send OTP with the correct email → OTP arrives → they proceed.
Note: The OTP Logs page is on the session page (via Business Verifications), not on the main business profile's Developer section.
