Saving Progress in the KYB Questionnaire

The KYB questionnaire automatically saves progress, allowing users to resume their session at a later time. Progress is cached locally in the browser's localStorage, enabling users to refresh or return to their session. However, this storage is not permanent and should not be relied upon for long-term data retention.

Customizing the KYB Flow

The KYB questionnaire offers several customization options to tailor the experience to your needs:

Adding Custom Steps

You can add or delete steps from the "Onboarding Configuration" tab in the dashboard. Custom steps are currently limited to predefined modules, but simple text steps can be added upon request.

Conditional Logic

The KYB questionnaire supports step-specific conditional logic for certain modules:

  • Question Group Module

  • Document Module

Conditions can be based on answers to previous questions. Look for the "Rule Group" box in the settings page to identify where conditional logic can be applied.

Adding Disclaimers or Alerts

While direct alerts based on user input are not supported, you can use conditional questions to display important information. For example:

  • Create a disclaimer question that appears based on a user's previous selection

  • Use the question subtitle to include links to additional information

Upcoming Features

A "Review details and submit" step at the end of the KYB questionnaire is planned for implementation in the near future.
