Request for Information (RFI) - Requesting Additional Documents or Information from a Business

After onboarding a business, there may be cases where you need additional documents or information for further verification or compliance purposes.
AiPrise makes it simple to request and collect this information directly from the business via a one-time form.
Here’s a step-by-step guide:
đź› How to Request Additional Information
1. Access the Business Profile
Navigate to the business’s profile page within your AiPrise dashboard.
Click on "Collect Additional Info".
2. Create a One-Time Form
Select "Create One-Time Form" to initiate the request.
You have two options:
Generate a session link: Copy the link and share it manually with the business.
Send a verification email: Automatically send the session link to the business’s email address.
3. Fill Out the Request Details
Customer Email:
Enter the email address of the business representative who will complete the form.Reply-To Email:
Enter your own email address where you want to receive any responses.Choose a Template:
Pick a template relevant to the documents or information you're requesting (e.g., Fraud Insights).
4. Add Documents and Questions
Request Documents:
Click "Add Document."
Mark it as Required if necessary.
Auto-run Checks:
If toggled ON, AiPrise will automatically run fraud and compliance checks once the document is submitted.
If toggled OFF, you will need to manually trigger checks from the dashboard.
Choose from pre-configured document types.
If your desired document type isn't listed, choose "Other" and give it a custom title.
Request Additional Information (Questions):
Click "Add a Question."
Make it Required if needed.
Example:
Question: "What is your monthly revenue?"
Response Type: Text Input
5. Send the Request
Once your form is configured, simply Send Verification Email to the business.
📨 What Happens Next?
The business will receive the form via the provided link or email.
They will submit the requested documents and/or answers.
Submissions will automatically appear under the corresponding Business Profile in your dashboard for review.
