How to Enable Login Options and SSO for Your AiPrise Dashboard

AiPrise now provides multiple authentication options so you can choose how your employees access the dashboard. You can enable simple email/password login or configure Single Sign-On (SSO) through your preferred identity provider — making access both secure and convenient.
Step 1: Go to Settings
From your AiPrise dashboard:
Navigate to Settings.
Click SSO to open the authentication configuration page.
Here, you’ll see all available login options for your team.
Step 2: Choose Your Login Method
You can enable either or both of the following:
1. Email & Password Login
Allow users to log in directly using their email and a secure password.
2. Single Sign-On (SSO)
AiPrise supports three major SSO providers:
Okta
Google
Microsoft Azure AD
Select the provider you'd like to enable for your organization.
⚙ Step 3: Save Changes
Once you’ve selected your preferred login option(s), click Save Changes.
Your configuration will be applied immediately, and users will see the updated login choices the next time they access the dashboard.
Step 4: Configure Okta (If Selected)
If you choose Okta, a few additional configuration fields must be completed (such as Client ID, Domain, or Metadata URL). You can reach out to suppport@aiprise.com to set this up for you.
