How to Update Your Payment Details on AiPrise

Keeping your billing information updated ensures uninterrupted access to AiPrise services. You can easily change your card or update your payment method through the secure AiPrise Billing Portal.

Step 1: Open the Billing Portal

Click here to access the Portal.

Log in using the email address you’ve registered with AiPrise for billing.
This ensures your payment information is correctly linked to your account.

Step 2: Update Your Payment Method

Once you’re logged in:

• Navigate to the Payment Method section.

• Select Edit or Change Payment Method.

• Enter your updated card details or add a new payment option.

• Click Save to confirm the changes.

Step 3: Activate the Updated Payment Details

After saving:

• AiPrise will automatically use your newly added payment method for all future payments.

• You don’t need to take any further action — billing will continue seamlessly.
