You may need to export questionnaire data or business profile information as CSV files for your records, internal backup, or analysis purposes. This could include specific questionnaire responses by ID, bulk business report data for a date range, or comprehensive business profile exports.

Currently, CSV exports are not available as a self-service feature in the dashboard. You will need to contact our support team to request these exports.

When requesting CSV exports, please provide the following information:

1. For business reports or profiles: Specify the date range you need covered (e.g., "from 01/07/2025 to present")

2. Type of data: Clearly specify whether you need questionnaire data, business profiles, or other specific data types

Our team will process your request and provide the CSV files, typically delivered as Google Sheets links for easy access and download. Processing time may vary depending on the volume of data requested. The standard SLA for data exports is 7 business days.

Note: A self-service feature for CSV exports is currently in development and should be available soon, which will allow you to generate these exports directly from the dashboard.
