When is the Retry button enabled?

The Retry button functionality is specifically designed for cases that have encountered processing failures due to a technical error. The Retry button becomes enabled only when a case has a status of "FAILED". This indicates that something went wrong during processing on our end, and the case can be attempted again.

How to redo a KYC?

To re-initiate a KYC/KYB check, you can create a new session and re-run the check to run it again. You will be able to create a new session from the "Quick Verify" tab and either create a business case or user case. In case of a business or user profile, you can run multiple checks on the same profile each time you click on "Run Business Verification"
