How to Reset MFA via the Dashboard

If a team member needs to reconfigure their Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), here’s how you can reset it from the dashboard:

Steps to Reset MFA:

  1. Log into the AiPrise Dashboard

  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Teams > People

  3. Find the team member you want to reset MFA for

  4. Click on the three dots (⋮) next to their name

  5. Select “Reset MFA”

Once done, the team member can log in and set up their MFA again.

Important Notes:

  • You must be an Admin to reset MFA for other users.

  • If you're not an admin, please reach out to someone on your team to assist you.
