Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Your Company’s Logo

  1. Access the Templates Section

  • Log in to your AiPrise dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Templates section present on the left of the dashboard.

  1. Edit the Template

  • Locate the template you’d like to customise.

  • Click on Settings for the selected template.

  1. Configure the Theme

  • Jump to the Theme Configuration section.

  • Scroll down to find the Branding section.

  1. Upload Your Logo

  • Click on the Upload button.

  • Select the logo file of your company from your device.

  • Wait for the upload to complete.

  1. Save and Apply Changes

  • Click on Update SDK Settings to save your changes.
