Understanding Onboarding Configuration Modules on AiPrise

AiPrise’s onboarding configuration lets you tailor each step of your user onboarding journey to fit your compliance needs. Below is a detailed overview of each available module and how to configure them:
1. ID Verification Module
This module collects a picture or PDF of the user's identity document and performs KYC checks and government registry lookups (where supported).
Key Settings:
Disable file picker: Forces the user to take a live picture of the ID (no uploads allowed).
Allow phone’s native camera: Uses the device’s camera app for clearer image capture.
Enable PDF upload: Allows users to upload PDFs in addition to image formats.
Document type and country selection: Choose specific document types (e.g., passport, national ID) and restrict based on issuing countries.
After configuring, click Save to apply changes.
2. Selfie Module
Used to collect the user’s selfie and compare it with the photo on their ID document.
Key Features:
Smile Liveness Check: Prompts the user to smile to confirm liveness.
Video Recording: Optional video capture to detect AI-generated images or deepfakes.
Video Settings: Choose resolution (default width: 256px) and frame rate (default: 10 fps).
Finalise your setup by clicking Save.
3. Address Module
Lets users input their address. The system can autocomplete certain fields based on their input.
Configuration Options:
Add a title and subtitle to the section.
Select supported countries or allow global input.
Click Save once configured.
4. Personal Info & Contact Info Modules
Personal Info Module
Collects:
First Name
Middle Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Contact Info Module
Collects:
Email Address
Phone Number
You can choose to make these fields:
Optional
Hidden
Required
Customise titles and visibility as needed.
5. User Document Module
Collect specific compliance-related documents (e.g., proof of income, tax certificate).
How to Configure:
Add a section title.
Choose from pre-configured document types or add custom ones under "Other."
Set document upload as mandatory or optional.
Add conditional rules to show the module only when certain logic is met.
Click Add Document and Save to apply changes.
6. User Question Group Module
Collect additional data via user-friendly, rule-based question flows.
Features:
Add a title and mark questions as required or optional.
Choose question types:
Single choice
Multiple choice
Yes/No
Text input
Add options manually or upload a CSV for large answer sets.
Add conditional logic for follow-up (child) questions.
Finalise with Save once your question group is ready.
These modules are fully customizable and built to offer flexibility in your onboarding process. You can adjust each based on regulatory requirements or specific risk profiles.
