Autocomplete is a feature in AiPrise’s onboarding questionnaire that helps reduce manual data entry for your customer and speed up KYC/KYB verification.

When a user provides a business name or incorporation document, Autocomplete automatically fills in key company details such as:

  • Entity IDs

  • Company addresses

  • Related persons and company structures

This ensures faster onboarding, fewer errors, and a smoother customer journey.

gear emoji How Does Autocomplete Work?

Autocomplete works in two ways, depending on the country:

  1. Name-Based Autocomplete

    • Simply type the business name.

    • AiPrise will fetch and prefill the relevant company details automatically.

  2. Document-Based Autocomplete

    • Upload a Registration Certificate or Articles of Incorporation.

    • Our system will scrape the document and extract key company details to prefill the onboarding flow.

No. Autocomplete is enabled by default for supported countries.
