How to set up your template's email configuration

Customising your email settings ensures that every verification email sent to users is tailored to your needs. This guide will walk you through how to modify your email settings in AiPrise templates.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access the Email Configuration Settings

• Navigate to the Menu on the left of the dashboard.

• Go to Templates and click on Settings for the template you want to edit.

• Navigate to the Email Configuration section on the template.
  

  

2. Customise the Email Content

• Subject Line: Modify the subject to personalise the email. Example:

  • "AiPrise would like to verify your identity, Mr./Mrs. [User’s Name]".

• Dynamic Fields: Add placeholders like the user’s name, which will be auto-filled when you create a verification.

• Reply-to Email: Specify an email address users can reply to if they face issues.
  

3. Edit the Email Body

• Modify/Personalise the message as per your brand’s requirements.
  

4. Save and Apply Changes

• Click Update Email Settings to save changes and your all done.

• The next time a verification email is sent, the updated settings will be applied.
